Monica Exelrud Villarindo

Monica is an adviser with over 15 years’ humanitarian international experience in programming, human resources, and administrative management within the United Nations and American Red Cross. She has an extensive background in emergency and complex security contexts in Afghanistan, Timor-Leste, Brazil and the United States. Known for implementing innovative solutions, community engagement, disaster response, volunteerism, collaborative work with multiple partners, gender, project development, and staff capacity building.  Monica’s academic credentials include: Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Walden University and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University both in the USA. Monica is a native Portuguese speaker, and she is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
