Yehuda Lukacs
Yehuda Lukacs is an expert in peacebuilding, geopolitical analysis, with expertise in the Middle East, and European nationalism. Yehuda is an associate professor emeritus of global affairs, George Mason University, is president of Global Knowledge, LLC, an international education management company. Since 2017, he has directed the Budapest Semester – an undergraduate and graduate program focusing on global migration, minorities and European nationalism. Dr. Lukacs served as Associate Provost for International Programs and Director of the Center for Global Education at GMU where he managed international programs in over 80 countries. His teaching experience includes positions at George Mason University, American University, University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest, Corcoran College of Art and Design, University College, Cork, Ireland, and the US Department of State, Foreign Service Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and Comparative Foreign Policy from American University. His major publications include The Arab-Israeli Conflict: Two Decades of Change (Westview); The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict: A Documentary Record; and Documents on the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict (Cambridge); Israel, Jordan and the Peace Process (Syracuse); and several articles on contemporary international affairs.
